WHY YOUR WEBSITE MATTERS / 01

They heard your name.
What happens next?

A referral starts with interest. Before someone calls, your website can answer three questions that help them choose you.

01 / MAKE THE FIT CLEAR

“Can you help with my job?”

Make your services and service area clear so visitors can tell whether you’re right for their job.

Help the right customers recognize a good fit.

02 / MAKE TRUST VISIBLE

“Will I feel good hiring you?”

Show real project photos, genuine reviews, and how you work. Let people see the reputation you’ve earned.

Give new customers a reason to feel confident.

03 / MAKE CONTACT SIMPLE

“How do I get started?”

Make calling or requesting a quote simple, especially on a phone. Let people reach out while you’re busy working.

Turn interest into a clear next step.

That’s a lead: someone ready to talk.

Your website helps create the inquiry. Your follow-up, estimate, and work help turn it into a customer.

Give people a way to find it. Connect your website to your business profile, social pages, and referrals. Publishing alone doesn’t guarantee traffic or jobs.

NOW, THINK LIKE AN OWNER / 03

What is one more
good customer worth?

Start with what a job leaves after its costs, rather than the invoice total.

How many additional completed, paid jobs would make a website worthwhile for you?

AN ILLUSTRATION, NOT A FORECAST

$500left from each additional job after job costs
3 jobsthat you would not otherwise have won

That’s $1,500 toward your website investment.

At $150 per job, it takes 10 jobs. At $1,500, one could cover it. Use your own numbers.

Illustration only; not a forecast. Website running costs and advertising are additional. Results are not guaranteed.

Put the investment in the context of your business.

THE INVESTMENT / 04

Give your next customer
a reason to reach out.

A website that explains your services, reflects your reputation, and makes contacting you easy.

We start with an industry-specific foundation and tailor it to your business. That keeps the scope focused and the process straightforward.

Your written quote will define the page count, revisions, timeline, launch support, ownership and handoff, and ongoing costs before work begins.

THE PROCESS / 05

Less back-and-forth.
More moving forward.

One direct conversation from the first idea through launch.

01 / FIND THE FIT

Tell us about your business.

Share your services, location, and goals. We’ll agree on the scope and price.

02 / MAKE IT YOURS

Build around your reputation.

We tailor the design and content. You review the work and help us get the details right.

03 / OPEN THE DOOR

Give customers a clear next step.

We check the agreed pages and contact flow, then launch with the handoff set out in your quote.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Is DPS Labs right for my business?

We work with local, owner-operated service businesses that need a better website. The demos cover cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, construction, and HVAC. Other industries are welcome to ask.

I already get referrals. Why add a website?

Give referred customers a place to check your services, see your work, and contact you. If you’re already fully booked, focus on better-fit inquiries and answering common questions.

Will a website bring customers on its own?

People still need to find it through referrals, your business profile, social pages, search, or other marketing. This offer does not include an advertising campaign or promise search rankings.

Will my website look exactly like a demo?

The demos are starting points. Your branding, content, services, and agreed customizations make the website yours.

Can a new website pay for itself?

It can, depending on the additional jobs it helps you win and what those jobs leave after costs. Use the example above to consider your own numbers; no results are guaranteed.

What if I already have a website?

Send the link and tell us what isn’t working. We’ll discuss whether a new site makes sense and what you’d like to keep.

How long does it take, and what happens after launch?

Your quote will set the timeline, content needs, launch support, ownership and handoff, and ongoing costs. Timing depends on scope and when your content is ready.
