YOUR INFORMATION & YOUR CHOICES

Privacy & analytics choices

Notice date: October 6, 2026. This notice covers the DPS Labs website and its fictional website demos. For questions about your information, contact David Pham at davidpham693@gmail.com or 408-429-3330.

Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics normally starts automatically when you visit this website, before you click a choice button. It helps DPS Labs understand page visits and confirmed inquiries. You can turn it off here or with the “Turn off analytics” button in any page footer. The site works with analytics off. A previously saved refusal and browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep it off.

Analytics normally starts automatically.

Turning analytics off disables further Google Analytics measurement for this site and removes its accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase data Google already received or recall requests already sent. Your unfinished inquiry stays on the page. A small local-storage record remembers your analytics preference on this browser; an off choice stays in effect until you change it or clear that storage. Clearing it may allow analytics to start automatically on a future visit. An on choice is recorded for up to 180 days; after it expires the normal default applies. If preference storage is unavailable, analytics stays off unless you turn it on for the current page, and changes cannot be guaranteed to carry to other pages or visits.

When you contact DPS Labs

The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, and email address. You may also provide a service area, current website, inquiry type, and message. These details are used to review and respond to your project inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or purchase a service.

Please do not include passwords, payment information, medical information, access codes, or other sensitive details. This website has no file-upload field. Inquiry values are not saved by this site in browser storage.

Submissions go to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to DPS Labs. Web3Forms stores submissions and may process technical data for spam prevention. Its current policy lists AWS, Cloudflare, and Hetzner infrastructure, and says submitters’ IP and email addresses may be shared with CleanTalk and Akismet for spam checks. See the Web3Forms privacy policy and its linked processor information.

Messages received by DPS Labs are handled in its email account, including when you use a direct email link. Google provides the listed Gmail mailbox; see Google’s privacy policy. Emailing or calling directly uses your chosen email or phone service.

Security checks and site delivery

The inquiry form uses hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, to help distinguish people from automated spam. It loads when you start interacting with the form or select “Load security check.” It can analyze technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, and interactions with the check, and may use cookies or similar storage. See hCaptcha’s privacy policy. You can use the phone or email links if the check is unavailable or difficult to use.

Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Requests to the site can include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request times. Those services may process logs and security-related data; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Fonts are served with this website and do not require a Google Fonts request.

What automatically enabled analytics measures

Unless you have turned it off, a browser privacy signal is active, or a protective check prevents it, Google Analytics receives technical and usage information such as page visits, device/browser information, cookie identifiers, and interaction events. This starts automatically on a normal visit and can occur before you reach the privacy controls. Google receives network information, including your IP address, when its script and measurement endpoints are contacted; Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. DPS Labs’ custom confirmed-inquiry event includes only the selected inquiry category. The site does not add your name, email address, business name, service area, website entry, or message to that event.

The site’s analytics configuration removes query strings, fragments, and referrers from its page-location settings and declines to load analytics on unrecognized query data. Google can process information under its privacy policy; see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

This site configures analytics cookies for up to 180 days without renewing their expiry on each visit. Google’s server-side retention is separate from browser-cookie expiry. The code disables advertising personalization and Google Signals. It keeps analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, even if you previously turned analytics on. It also suppresses analytics when an address contains unrecognized query data or fragments. These safeguards do not provide a region-specific consent system.

Fictional demos

Demo forms and interactive estimates illustrate a possible customer experience. Their form entries are not submitted to DPS Labs or a real service business. Use made-up details when trying them. Analytics can measure demo-page activity by default, subject to the same off preference and safeguards described above. Business names, service prices, reviews, and testimonials in the demos are illustrative.

This website does not provide visitor accounts, online checkout, public posts, location-permission features, or an AI chat service. The business website and Website Care prices describe services to discuss with DPS Labs, not an online purchase or subscription checkout. The site is intended for people exploring business website services.

Storage, retention, and requests

Web3Forms’ published policy currently states a maximum submission-retention period of three years, with shorter periods possible under a plan or earlier deletion. That is the provider’s policy, not a promise that all copies of a message are deleted from DPS Labs’ email account at the same time. Provider processing may take place in multiple countries.

Inquiry emails and related correspondence may remain in DPS Labs’ email account. To ask about retained information, request access, correct an error, or request deletion, email davidpham693@gmail.com. The applicable response and deletion requirements depend on the request and relevant law. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.

If the website’s data practices change, this notice will be updated with a new notice date. External websites linked from this site have their own practices.
